AMALCO-Personnel took part in a career fair for university graduates in the Republic of Kalmykia. The event formed part of our strategy to identify talent and support young professionals at the beginning of their careers. 

This year, we participated as part of a delegation of Moscow Region organisations. At our stand, we presented a range of current vacancies from partner employers covering some of the most in-demand occupations in today’s labour market.

For us, participation was also an important socially responsible initiative. We believe that quality employment is the foundation of a successful career, and we aim to make job searching easier for talented young people.

We were pleased to share with graduates and fellow recruitment professionals some of the principles behind our internal organisation and our approach to talent acquisition», said a representative of AMALCO-Personnel.
