The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has approved AMALCO-Personnel LLC as an official business partner.

AMALCO-Personnel LLC successfully completed the accreditation procedure at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia for the recruitment and employment of international personnel. 

This provides the legal basis for organising the employment of Indonesian citizens in blue-collar occupations under the official quotas established by the Russian Ministry of Labour.

The status confirms that the company meets the high standards and requirements of Indonesian legislation governing international labour mobility.

The accreditation provides a legal basis for a complete cycle of lawful employment of Indonesian citizens in the Russian Federation. The agency is authorised to:

·       Recruit and select qualified Indonesian personnel for blue-collar occupations.

·       Prepare all required documentation in accordance with the laws of both countries.

·       Employ international workers within the official quotas established by the Russian Ministry of Labour.
