AMALCO-Personnel LLC has entered into a partnership agreement with the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI). This strategic and friendly partnership is intended to strengthen the agency’s position in the labour market and support its active participation in Moscow’s business community.

The Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the capital’s largest business association, bringing together more than
30,000 enterprises and organisations.

It plays a key role in supporting entrepreneurship, developing trade and industry and improving the business environment. Membership opens new opportunities for cooperation with other market participants, enabling the agency to expand its services and offer even more comprehensive staffing solutions.

Areas of cooperation between AMALCO and MCCI include:

1.     Developing new initiatives for workforce training and professional development;

2.     Exchanging expertise with other market participants and taking part in events that support entrepreneurship.

The partnership is expected to contribute to more effective mechanisms for talent sourcing and recruitment, as well as stronger cooperation between businesses and educational institutions.

According to research conducted by MCCI, 78% of Russian companies experience difficulties in finding qualified specialists. AMALCO’s membership will not only help improve recruitment effectiveness but also contribute to addressing this challenge and developing staffing infrastructure in Moscow and beyond.
